Whole Health Wellness Retreat

Take time to relax and nurture your whole being in this summer retreat designed to rejuvenate your whole body, mind and heartspirit. Partake in daily Yoga classes, meditations, a workshop on living wholistically, mindful nature walks, and delicious & nutritious organic meals. This revitalizing retreat will be held at the UR Light Center in Black Mountain, NC where we will also experience the peaceful and clearing effects of the Light Room for balancing the physical/emotional centers in the body (also known as Chakras). There will be free-time to relax or hike and all activities are optional if you’d like to bring a non-yogi friend or partner.

What you will experience:

  • 2 morning Master Cleanse drinks
  • 2 wellness workshops on – Green Superfood Smoothies, Elements of Living a Wholistic Lifestyle
  • All meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Delicious, homemade, organic meals using local ingredients from Green Lite Cafe which includes a raw food lunch on Saturday & Sunday.
  • 3 Yoga classes
  • 3 guided meditations


Arrive Friday after 3pm. Check-out after lunch on Sunday or add an extra night to extend your retreat!

Single occupancy: $400

Double occupancy:$350/person

Shared room (each shared room has it’s own bathroom) $300/person


Cancellation Policy for Workshops/Retreats

Refunds are available (less a $50 fee) up to fourteen days before the start date of the program. If a cancellation occurs between fourteen and two days before the start date of the program, your fee can be transferred to any other Breathing Mountain Yoga class/workshop (less a $50 cancellation fee) within one year. No credits or refunds are available for cancellations two days or less before the start date of a program, or for no-shows, or for leaving an event early. People cancelling 14 days or less before the start of a program can also transfer their space and fee to an unregistered participant. Please allow seven days for processing of fees. Refunds will be issued by check.


Jessica Mollet is a registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher with Breathing Mountain Yoga, Raleigh, NC. She has taught over 3,000 hours of Yoga/Meditation over the last 10 years. Originally trained in South India through Sivananda 11 years ago, she continues to expand her knowledge and experience of all the many benefits of Yoga and meditation in order to impart some of this ancient wisdom and it’s holistic benefits to her students.


Ginger Yancey is a Wellness Consultant and Licensed Esthetician. She has a wellness studio in Carrboro, called Nourish Inside & Out, offering skincare therapies and healing modalities. For over twenty years she has been passionate about educating the public on healthy lifestyle choices, natural skincare, wellness tips, and healthy recipes.
