What is the Skin Classic?
The Skin Classic is a device that uses high frequency radio waves which dehydrate the top layer of the skin, and in turn treat the imperfection. This noninvasive treatment is very fast and very precise as it uses the very tip of a very small probe to tap the area being treated. Each imperfection takes only a few seconds.
What can the Skin Classic treat?
The Skin Classic can treat a wide variety of skin imperfections including:
- Skin Tags
- Age Spots,
- Fibromas
- Hyperpigmentation
- Cherry Angiomas
- Acne Cysts
- Seborrheic Keratosis
- Milia (skin pearls)
- Sebaceous Hyperplasia
How much does the treatment cost?
For individual lesions the costs vary from $20 – $50 depending on the size of the lesion. For fifteen minutes of continuous treatment the cost is $150 with priority given to the areas most bothersome to the client. Remember, each lesion only takes a few minutes to complete so quite a lot can be accomplished in a short amount of time. For $300 all lesions from the forehead to the chest are treated. The client may choose to break it up into two appointments with this option.
Is there any downtime?
Yes and no. After the treatment it will crust over on that specific area. This will fall off on its own in 3-7 days. During the healing process the treated areas can be covered with mineral makeup. After that, that spot may look pinkish or brownish for up to 6 to 8 weeks as the new skin goes through the complete healing cycle and matches the surrounding area.
